How To Get Bouncy Curls Overnight with NO Heat After 3 Days of NO Shampoo

This one is for all my curly or frizzy haired girls out there!

Especially for the girls who are trying to repair damaged hair and is trying to avoid hair washing for days straight. You can do it, there will be many trial and error periods but don’t give up!

My journey to my long, healthy hair has taken about a year now. It has grown SO much and a lot of it has to do with me not washing my hair for days. It can look pretty gross if you don’t take care of it during those days. Through my year of consistently trying new products I believe I finally found the perfect combination that still keeps volume and bounce to curls after days of no shampoo.

So here is the recipe:

-Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Grow Leave-In Conditioner
-Curl Bounce Cream Lightweight gel
-ISO Curl Bounce Cream
-Not Your Mothers Hairspray (only on the bottom, add a small amount to the top if frizzy or rainy/humid outside)

ANDDDDDD a spray bottle 🙂

Watch the tutorial below if you’d like to see how I achieved this look.

    1. Aww thank you so much. I will post a blog on my curly hair restoration soon, it took almost a year and a half to get my hair this healthy. Using no heat is key to keeping curls intact. Years ago my hair was thinning, breaking off and was extremely damaged. You can do it 🙂 definitely try to stay away from heat and use a deep conditioner twice a week. Thank you so much for following my blog :)))))
